—GENERAL—
Contact with me can be made through Twitter (@Wyndreya), Discord [preferred] (@wyndreya), or VGen [preferred]. As the artist, I can use complete commissions for examples unless the commissioner asks for them to remain private.I WILL draw:

—PAYMENTS—
I only accept full payment (100%) upfront. Payment plans can be given for higher priced commissions and will be paid 50% upfront, 25% after sketch, and 25% before final delivery.
—PROCESS & DELIVERY—
The turnaround time for commissions varies from 1 week (maybe less) to 4 months (maybe longer). These factors depend on health, commission complexity, and queue status.
Commissioners would be notified if there would be any delays on their commission(s).The commissioner will receive a full-resolution / high-quality digital product. These are not physical products; however, I give commissioners full authority to print their commission(s).
—REVISIONS—
If you are requesting something very specific, please supply references and/or detailed notes on what you would like. Multiple exchanges to change the commission during its creation may result in additional charges and a delay in the commission.
I may refuse a commission if there is not enough information to work from.
Under each service I explain the number of revisions for each point of the commission process.
—USE—
All commissions are for personal and streaming usage. It should be mentioned if a commission will be used for merchandise.
Use of my art for AI training is strictly prohibited. If you are found using my art to train AI, there will be consequences.
—REFUNDS—
No refunds will be given if I have already started and given the sketch. I will only issue partial refunds if I cannot complete the commission due to personal reasons or complications with the commission.
—COMMUNICATION—
The commissioner must maintain contact throughout the commission process unless otherwise stated.
