—GENERAL—

All commissions and commission works in progress will be shared publicly unless otherwise stated by the client.Acceptable:

—PAYMENTS—
✧ Payment is made in USD through Stripe, Wise, Ko-Fi, or VGen.✧ Payment is 100% upfront. Milestone payments are available for commissions over $200.✧ Milestone payments are offered as follows:
- Payment Plan 1: 50% Deposit (nonrefundable) > 50% Last Payment
- Payment Plan 2: 50% Deposit (nonrefundable) > 25% First Payment > 25% Last Payment
—PROCESS & DELIVERY—
✧ The commission turnaround time varies from 1 week (maybe less) to 4 months (maybe longer). These factors depend on health, commission complexity, and queue status.✧ Commissioners will be notified if there are any delays in their commission(s).✧ The commissioner will receive a high-quality, full-resolution digital product. These are not physical products; however, I give commissioners full authority to print their commission(s).
—REVISIONS—
✧ No revisions on lineart for illustration commissions.✧ Sketch and coloring revisions are acceptable. There are 10 revisions for sketch and 10 for coloring.✧ If you are requesting something in particular, please supply references and/or detailed notes on what you would like. Multiple exchanges to change the commission during its creation may result in additional charges and a delay in the commission.✧ I may rufuse a commission if there is insufficient information to work with.
—USAGE—
✧ All commissions are for personal and streaming usage. It should be mentioned if a commission will be used for merchandise.✧ Credit is to be given at all times.✧ Utilizing my artwork for AI training is not allowed. Any instances of using my art for AI training will result in consequences.
—REFUNDS—
✧ No refunds will be given if I have already started and given the sketch. I will only issue partial refunds if I cannot complete the commission due to personal reasons or complications with the commission.
—COMMUNICATION—
✧ The commissioner must maintain contact throughout the commission process unless otherwise stated.✧ If the client does not respond to updates within three (3) days, I will continue on with the commission/mark as complete.✧ My main contact method is on Discord (@wyndreya) and VGen DMs.
